A. J/C stands for Janeway/Chakotay. Two Characters in Star Trek Voyager. Janeway is Captain Kathryn Janeway, captain of the USS Voyager, and Chakotay is her first officer. When we refer to J/C or Janeway/Chakotay, we are refering to them in the sense that they are a couple, or a pairing.
